The Jonathan Tarr Foundation is an education-based non profit located in Encinitas, CA., providing Windows of Opportunity Scholarships to a diverse population of under-served boys and girls not normally targeted for academic assistance to attend college.

JTF is becoming the leader in the quest to provide higher education and leadership opportunities to students graduating from Continuation, Charter, Magnet, Independent and Secondary High Schools offering alternative education curriculum, including AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination).
